What documents are needed to verify my account, and when must I submit them?
You will be asked for a government-issued ID (MyKad or passport), a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name and address, and sometimes a selfie holding your ID. These documents are requested before your first withdrawal can be processed.
Does a deposit cost anything?
Any charge comes from the payment channel, not from the site, and it is shown at the cashier before the transfer is confirmed. Boost and Bank transfer each set their own.

Where does a withdrawal land, and does it go back to the method I used to deposit?
Funds usually arrive within a few hours for e-wallets or by the next business day for bank transfers. The system sends the money to the same payment channel you deposited with — for example, a Touch 'n Go deposit is paid back into that same Touch 'n Go account.
