Privacy Policy for Monkey88

Your Right to Access or Delete Your Data

Under Malaysian personal data protection law, you may request a copy of the information the site holds about you. Contact us through the site’s contact page. You may also ask for your data to be deleted. The site will process your request promptly, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.

Why Each Type of Data Is Held

Contact form submissions are held so that the site can reply to your enquiry or request. Without this information, we cannot respond to you. Server logs are held to maintain security, analyse traffic patterns and improve the lobby. The IP address helps diagnose technical issues and prevent abuse.

Cookies and What Happens If You Turn Them Off

The site uses cookies to remember your preferences and keep your session secure. These small files do not store your name or payment details. Turning off cookies may limit certain features, such as staying logged in or using e-wallets like Touch 'n Go and GrabPay. Core browsing remains possible.

How Long Records Are Kept

Contact form records are retained only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Once the matter is resolved, they are deleted within a reasonable period. Server logs are kept for a limited time to support security and performance analysis. When they are no longer required, they are securely erased.

Information We Collect and When

When you use the contact form on the site, you provide your name, email address and message. This is the only personal data you actively submit. Like any web server, the platform automatically records your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This data is collected during every visit.

Who Data Is Shared With

The site shares data with analytics and hosting providers who act only on its instructions. These partners help the platform run smoothly and securely. Your personal data is never sold to third parties. The site does not share information for marketing or advertising purposes without your consent.

There is a page each for Live Dealer, Online Slots, Fish Shooting, and the promotion lists what is live.
